Great battery life, awesome suction. This is by far the best battery vacuum I've seen

Very easy to handle and great suction. Love the light for when vacuuming under beds etc. Only issue is; if you run the suction on half then a few grains will drizzle out when switched off- this could have been designed better. Mouthpiece not great for stairs.

Don't believe the other review. It supply one 18V2Ah only.**I bought a set of Black and Decker MATRIX-SYSTEM in the US last year. It supply a 20V1.5A battery.The battery may be commonly use under the Black and Decker 18/20V. It must attention of the charger is different in 120V and 240V. May be use both.However, the cleaner heavier than other blank new cleaner although the suction power is best.

Bought this product a year ago , the product worked fine until it didn't and thats when the real problems began I was advised by amazon to take out a 3 year insurance policy with protect your bubble which I did the hoover is not a year old and has stopped working it has not been damaged in any way.contacted protect your bubble they told me to contact amazon they put me in touch with the seller called Cochranes in ayr who have ZERO experience with customer service I went back to Amazon they gave me the same patter as yesterday "we will put you in touch with the seller" they are still being rude and sarcastic. so please don't use this product it will break eventually and no one will care they only care that they are getting your money .

Going from corded to cordless will always reduce the suction power 240v to 18vcomparing it FAIRLY with other CORDLESS vacuums this one goes above and beyond, just remember to keep an eye on the filter and give it a good wash.

This must be one of THE BEST vacuums that I have ever used. 3 speed, its very powerful, comes with 2 batteries, which is very useful. Only down side(if you could call it that) comes with only 1 tool, which did not bother me.I would recommend this black & decker vacuum, the price is very good for what you get.

The suction power is just acceptable(only at maximum power), anyway the cheapest cord vacuum outclass this one.The big problem is the battery maybe 10 minutes autonomy when new, after one year 5 minutes. Charging the battery takes ages, and now after 1,5 year of occasional use it seems completely gone.I could comfortably say it is a piece of rubbish.

Worked very well for about a month and then performance dropped and no matter how much i cleaned the filter it never got better. After 1 year it just stopped working completely.

للأسف الجودة ضعيفة تعطلت الاضاءة بعدين تعطلت الفرشاة اللي تتحرك وبعدين تعطلت البطارية كلها في آقل من سنة مع الحفاظ عليها واستخدام بسيط

PROS:- 3 speeds- Quite sound even at high speed- Battery life is almost 1hr at medium speed- LED light on the roller.- Dust can easily be discharged from the canister.- Washable filterCONS:- This model does not include brush attachments.- If you are vacuuming carpets the roller and the extension attachment can easily get clogged.- Canister can easily be knocked out with a slight pressure applied on the sides. When it falls, it opens the door for discharging the dust, thus, scattering all the dust on your floor!
