Best scooter for the price!
Easy to assemble and disassemble. The four wheels makes it very stable. Has a little problem transitioning from one surface to another when there is a difference in heights between the two.

WOW - This Rider is Great!!
Love Love Love this Rider. It folds easily and fits in the trunk of my Buick SUV. It give me freedom to go anywhere. It is easy to use and everyone asks me about it and where I got it. Thanks for selling this one!!

Owned less than 2 months, battery issues, under warranty yet service charge more than new batteries
Bought this scooter for 92 year old less than 2 months ago, the initial charge of battery lasted great. Starting with the first charge, the battery will only make it about 400 feet and then needs recharging. Under warranty, but per call to company requires a certified service call that costs minimum of $185, but buying new batteries is about the same cost. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT COMPANY WILL NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM WHEN OWNED FOR SUCH A SHORT TIME.Side note: plug in for charging is only a few inches off the ground and hard for elderly person to plug in daily. When mentioned to the company, they said they get a lot of complaints about this.

The stability of four wheels over three.
We are on our second scooter for my nephew with cerebral palsy. It is easy for him to get on and off of this scooter and having the four wheels adds stability which is very important. So far as having difficulty with parts you can look online on monsterscooters.com. We replaced a seat through their site. If it's a question of batteries you need to look for someone who deals with electrical chairs and scooters not merely a repair place.

Don't waste your time if you value customer service.
The wheels melted after 11 months. When i called for assistance they wanted the scooter credentials, once given they never got back to me except to tell me that the manufacturer did not have the parts ONLY BECAUSE I CALLED EVERY MONTH OR SO to see what the hell was going on. 3 months or more and I'm still waiting...My husband is handicapped with no way of getting to appointments. This is a nightmare! Don't do it!!! YOU WILL REGRET the PURCHASE,

A great scooter
My 85-year-old father loves it! Very easy to use.

Took it to Disney all day and the battery did not even run down 1 bar.
Bought it for vacation. rode it right up to the boarding door of the airplane and they took it to the cargo hold from there. It was free. When landed and getting off the plane it was sitting there for me. I used it for a couple amusement parks and the battery never did run down. Absolutely love it. Was easy to load and unload in my rental car.

Why did I order these? They are much too small.
