I was diagnosed with a Tailor's Bunion a few months ago. My podiatrist recommended a toe straightener, so the bump on the joint that happens when the little toe curls in wouldn't be so pronounced. I found these while looking for the toe straightener. The toe straightener didn't look like it would do a lot of good for my bunion, but it looked like these would cushion and protect it.And they do. I have a tailor's bunion on my left foot, and corns in the same spot on my right foot. I got two, one for each foot, and they work really well. I just have to take a little more care putting my socks on, and taking them off.I had been using Chamois Butter to reduce friction, and the cushions seem to work better if I use a small amount on my skin before I put the cushions on. It might also be helping hold them in place when I put my socks on.

Great product! Comfortable, not noticeable, relieves pressure from walking during my 12.5 hr shift. You can feel something between your pinky toe but it's so soft you can't even tell.I removed 1 star because for the price, I thought I was getting the pair...not just one. So I'm going to order another for my other foot...total cost $15 😞 Which as much as my plantar fasciitis insoles. Just got it last week, don't know how it will hold up in the long term.

The Rubber might be Ok to use to protect your Toe, but keeping it in place is impossible, not only is the ring that goes down over the toe too big for i/e your little Toe which is what I need it for, not the side of my foot or other. Not unless you strap the whole thing in place with tape it will move around, you can't even put your shoes/Boots on w/o it shifting position! Not sure what it would take to fabricate one for your little Toe that actually helps and stay in place at the same time, so you can wear it with regular Shoes/Boots!

This toe guard feels very protective of the part of my foot that can really be painful. It's comfortable and I got used to it in about a minute. If you have a Tailor's bunion, it's worth a try. I feel better, safer and experience a lessening of pain when I where it. It was recommended to me by my podiatrist.

Disappointed in this product. It works as described... But only for a very short time. They do not stay in place and are only good for one use.

There is nice cushioning to this item, and I was hopeful it would help. But no matter how carefully I put on my socks and shoes, the cushioned portion slipped around. The product photo shows it on the outer edge of the foot, exactly where I needed it, but it's useless if it doesn't stay in that spot. I returned this item.

Pain is reduced behind/below 5th toe ! Have to be worn with heavy duty, snug fitting socks to keep it properly located!

I walk 8hurs at work. I had severe pain on my pinky toe always. I used this and it worked very well. I did not feel it on my toe after wearing it.
