I'm new to using a Cricut so didn't understand the reviews talking about this vinyl being difficult to work with. Unfortunately I understand now!! I started what should have been a simple project of cutting some vinyl label decals, and it took me literally hours to transfer around 5 labels. I'm finding it pretty much impossible to remove the vinyl from the backing and to transfer it to the transfer tape. I have researched tips/hacks and none of them help: using strong grip tape, using standard grip tape, using masking tap, using a hair dryer to heat up the vinyl. This has been a huge disappointment so far as I was quite excited to start using my Cricut right away, and this product has only left me annoyed and frustrated instead. I'll be returning all of the cricut vinyl I purchased, and will be going off-brand instead as apparently there are better options out there... hopefully they are, because the Cricut smart vinyl is terrible.

Do not buy. Waste of money. I spent 6 hours working on project to then find out the vinyl does not remove from the backing with transfer tape, The vinyl is also thick compared to other brands.I have now had to spend more money on a different brand due to this one being a waste of time.Also this is expensive as it only came in a small roll.

Not easy to weed at all, won’t buy the Cricut vinyl again, cheaper brands are much easy apply
