very sturdy and compact
I researched many chairs before purchasing the Featherweight. It arrived early and I am so pleased! It's very sturdy and comfortable. I don't spend extended time in my chair and I use it primarily in crowded places such as restaurants and big stores. It packs nicely and fits in our ordinary car trunk and there's still space for groceries. My husband is very happy that it only weighs 19 lbs with the wheels on, compared to my older chair which weighs at least 40 lbs. Even though the Featherweight is very light, I feel safe and secure. I'm really glad I found this wonderful wheelchair.

Great chair. I highly recommend it.
I’m in a wheelchair all the time, I love this chair because it’s so lightweight. My friends no longer have a hard time putting my chair in the trunk& it’s easy breezy using the chair

Poor quality product
I bought this chair in July 2023 for my 94 year old mom who weights 160 pounds. The reviews looked good and did not see a reason to suspect the issues with the product. I brought the chair to Colombia which is where she lives. At first, it looked like a great light weight and well made chair. After a month of use, the chair fabric started to rip close to the structure. Now, my sister who helps my mom told me that the breaks are not working properly. My mom weight cannot be an issues as it is suppose to be manufacture to support higher weights. The biggest challenge it is that I cannot return this product as it is in Colombia and I don’t travel there often. It is pretty upsetting and hope that no one who wants to support their love one and caregiver buys this equipment. I cannot imagine how this chair has been somewhat popular. I’m writing this in the hopes to prevent someone who puts a lot of money into a chair that won’t last more than a few months. People probably thought there that this is a 70 dollars chair, but it was in the 700’s. Today, I won’t take it if it was free, knowing that I would have to start spending money to repair this poorly made product.

The light weight is just what we needed.
Came ready to use, however a sheet of instruction would be helpful. The legs were easy to put on once I figured out how to angle them, and would like to know the best way to remove the wheels, I guess I'll figure that out. Great chair for transporting someone, but not for a place to sit all day. Attended an outdoor wedding and was able to push over the bumpy ground. LIghtweight is great I am 71 and could not light a regular weight chair, I'll now be able to get my husband out of the house more often. A relief to know he's safe from falling when we have places to go. I am very happy with the chair. The delivery was an issue, did not arrive when scheduled to arrive, delivery date changed twice after shipping. But, thankfully it did make it to us the evening before we needed it.

After a month of use - very happy with this
I’m glad I listened to the voice that told me to keep shopping. I had purchased a comfortable expensive demo model at a brick and mortar store that was supposed to be lightweight. I stored it without using it till this one arrived. I took a chance on ordering online - but its comfortable, seems well made and most importantly - maneuvers in my house.I am so happy i had this featherweight chair when my condition digressed enough that i now need it fairly full time. We fortunately built most of the doors on first level of our house 36”. But two of them were the standard 30” size - this chair clears inside of them with 2” to spare. (The first chair barely squeeked through)I am 5’8” & long legged - the height with a small pillow works for me. The only con is that the brakes are just a bit too tight - but i think thats to be expected with a new chair.

The chair is just what they claim it is. It’s very light and easy to move around.

Brakes are very hard to operate...too tight.
Was glad when got it. Biggest problem was the braking on the sides. Very stiff....left was super stiff to move without getting out of chair or my husband doing. Was hard for him too and he is not a weak man. I have a dual pacemaker in left shoulder, and the pull on that is much to much. Now is August 2023 and still nothing from you. Braking systems are worthless with never a good fit.
