Better than a battery powered shuffler
I love this easy-to-use shuffler. We all love taking turns cranking the cards through. Adds another dimension to playing cards. You have to crank slowly to keep the cards moving smoothly from both sides. Fun to use and does a good job of shuffling. I've had this for a couple of years and it works fine. There's nothing to break or wear out.

Reliable and fast.
Works great and faster than battery powered devices. Holds less than 3 decks.

Decent shuffler and prolongs card usage
2 things would probably make this a 5 star, but it's not a game breaker. Most of the cons are "soft" hence why I'm still rating this 4 stars- I thought this was supposed to come with an extra crank. Mine did not.- As others have demonstrated, one side does seem to feed more cards than the other. Easy work-around is to just load one side slightly more than the other.PROS:+ It does a good job of keeping your cards in decent condition while being able to shuffle them well.+ SLEEVED cards still fit (Zero wiggle room, but shuffles perfectly) if you have expensive board games with player decks of cards that you sleeve to preserve them.+ turning the crank is fairly effortless.+ Manual shuffle means that if the cards start to jam you can easily stop and reverse and try again.CONS:- I wish the crank and shaft were metal because I worry it will snap. I'm careful with it but I wouldn't trust it to stand up to the abuse from children using it.- Internal parts sound like they are plastic too but i haven't taken it apart to know. Unsure about longevity of the gearing mechanisms.- The cards will jam occasionally, especially if the cards themselves are not in pristine condition. if you can't reverse out of it you'll have to take the card tray out and pull out the jammed cards. The jammed cards don't appear to be bent though, it's just that once in a while the card doesn't shuffle flat and instead goes vertical, blocking the unshuffled cards from entering the card chamber.

Great shuffler
I’m glad I bought from this seller because this is excellent! We’ve had one of these before but the cards jammed a lot. Not with this one. It’s perfect!

Works okay
I got this for someone whose shuffling days have passed. I tested it by placing one deck up and one deck down. I used fairly used cards. It was finicky but on one shuffle it shuffled every other card. It’s slight if you’re not good at shuffling. If you are good at shuffling, stick to doing it by hand

Quiet, smooth, easy to turn handle, shuffles well!
Doesn’t seem to jam at all. Easy to use, quiet, smooth, gentle operation. I shuffled half the deck face up so you can see (picture 1) it doesn’t quite mix every other card, but it is pretty great and I can easy shuffle 2 times to my 1 time manually. I made one tiny modification that makes it perfect: I threw away the little plastic card holder that fits in the slot to catch the shuffled cards, and instead, I cut 2 pieces of cardboard from its box that are a bit shorter than the cards and tightly slid these two stacked pieces of cardboard all the way back into the bottom of the slot snuggly. (See second picture). Now I can easily remove the entire stack of shuffled cards directly from the slot. It gives you just enough space to slip your thumb under the bottom card. Ta da! My game day ladies with arthritis fingers are going to love this!

It’s a keeper
My friends use this for family game nights. I injured my thumb and could not shuffle so I got one to use. It does jam sometimes if cards are put in a little crooked but I love that it does not have to have batteries and it is really easy to use. When it does jam you can just push them through and reload them.
