Arrived quickly as promised and works exactly like the OEM part. I am off and on AC power several times a day in a factory environment so battery life is critical. The original part lasted about 1.5 years so I am hopeful I will receive similar performance from this one. After two weeks of no issues I consider this a good purchase and would recommend it to a friend. The savings over a factory replacement part made it well worth the money.

Okay, it's a large, heavy battery, but the Dell E5440 is not one of those sleek lightweight laptops. For me I was hoping to surpass the 3 hours I was getting with the standard Dell battery and I haven't been disappointed. My laptop is used primarily for processing digital amateur radio signals and logging the results so my battery times will probably differ from yours. After three months, I'm still averaging over eight hours of laptop operation from each charge.The only negative, which is an occasional nuisance, is the laptop fails to sometimes recognize the battery on boot-up. This happens maybe 5% of the time. Following the boot-up instructions, typing in the F1 key returns things back to normal. All in all, I'm quite happy with the battery and its operation.

I bought a battery for my Dell laptop, it refused to accept over a 72% charge. It was replaced, and the replacement wouldn’t accept over a 78% charge. I made sure the battery adapter app was good, and have tried two different chargers. Now the battery refuses to charge at all. I see no option for a replace of a 2nd detective battery!

I have had absolutely no issues with this replacement battery! It works well, holds a good charge and is very reliable. I received the product in the condition that was promised, and in a timely manner. I would definitely purchase again.

I received the battery on time and in working order. I have no complaints regarding the product. If and when the time comes to replace it again, I would get this one again in a heartbeat.
