This is the best olive oil you can buy. It’s freshness is above all others.

This is a very mild-tasting olive oil. It is perfect for cooking with or for drizzling on food. If you aren't a big fan of strong-tasting olive oil, you will like this one.

This is the real thing. I would have been happier of the harvest date wasn’t November of 2023 which makes it over a year and five months old. The date still keeps it within the two year expiration on the bottle. The European EVOO gurus only want oil to be less than one year old to be usable. If I order something, especially olive oil I would expect it to be 6 months old at the most. I’m not dissatisfied, but I will try to be more careful in the future. I am interested in purchasing early pressings with high polyphenol and antioxidant levels for the health benefits.
