Second hand puzzle
The jigsaw had been opened and resealed with sticky tape - not very well either, as pieces were falling into the box. The box corners were rubbed and the box was not sealed in plastic . This item was immediately returned.

Arrived damaged
This has been purchased as a Christmas present but when it arrived one corner of the box was badly damaged and bashed in. Doesn't look good when being given as a gift. Also not too impressed with the actual jigsaw - the pictures look more like rough sketches and are not that detailed. I've kept it as it serves its purpose as a puzzle but not one I would recommend.
