Q: May I connect the bare wires to the Micca Bookshelf Speakers the RCA pins to an Amp output or/& to a Mac Mini thru. 3.5 mm adaptor?

You can plug the bare wires into any standard speaker post and/or splice them into whatever you need to. You can plug the RCA ends into any RCA connection or matching adaptor.

Q: Max wattage? possible to run from speaker set b on receiver (125w mfr rated, so prob less) to simple vu meter (rca in only) w/out blowing amp?

I hate blown speakers. I don't thinkI would exceed 100W. I typically overbuy when it comes to speaker capacity.

Q: Can I connect the rca end too the amp then take the speaker wire part to the receiver so I can get the input from the receiver

The amp that I use will only take RCA plugs. I connected the speaker wire to the adapter and everything works fine.
