I'm rating this in comparison to the one I was replacing. A gowise 1500 watt (12v) inverter. The benefits of 24v aside this thing works sooo much better. my old inverter would randomly go through "fits" where it would constantly stop supplying power for an instant. And it would do it for like 15 minutes without a cause that I could ever find. Obviously makes it hard to watch a movie or do anything when your power is continuously cutting out. I don't know if the GoWise wasn't really designed for lithium batteries or what but this one certainly is.. The fan on the old one was CONSTANTLY running too. and it was loud AF. Like unreasonably and very offputtingly loud. This one is rock solid. never drops power. hasn't even kicked on the fan (but I haven't gone above 300 watts or so usage so thats to be expected). LOVE the AC hardwire feature as I've wired outlets in my cabin and supply them from this. Just makes for a much cleaner and professional install without extension cords everywhere. The remote works as it should. I accidentally disconnected this once under load and got a hell of a spark but no damage to the inverter. When I initially unscrewed the terminal nuts to attach connecting wire, one of the washers managed to fall right inside the fan opening. I spent 20 minutes and a ton of cursing to get it back out. so watch out for that, but that's the ONLY issue I've had. otherwise love everything about it. Should've gone to 24 volt years ago. 1/0 is big enough for my needs and it saves a ton of money over 4/0.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great, high powered, very well constructed inverter. It is laid out very well, with smart terminals on the back and a heavy construction. Not many people make a 24v inverter and even few companies make GOOD ones. The company is very responsive. This is my 3rd Giandel inverter. I have both 12 and 24v versions. I'll be back for more.

The media could not be loaded. I've had this 24v 4000w inverter in my solar shed, does the job of everything including the microwave. Very powerful. My 3000w would overload so we got this one instead.In this video I'm pushing over 2k watts continuously and it does it no issues. Need to add more batteries but as for the inverter itself, it's doing it's job. You can hear the fans kicking on and it's not bad noise wise.For one reason or another I'm not sure why but the insides blew up one day, I thought it was the fuses but it was something else. I contacted Giandel, they quickly sent me a replacement after troubleshooting it. Amazing amazing amazing company!

A week ago, I had the inverter go out in our guest cabin. The problem was I had guests staying. The normal brand I buy wanted 5 days to ship to my address. Also, I did not want to buy a cheap inverter from Harbor freight.The main reason for buying this inverter over my normal reliable electric inverter was the 1 day shipping.Install was very easy. I do like the remote, which I installed so power can be shut off to inverter while the batteries are still charging.The inverter itself has a small form factor and is half the size of my 24v 1500 watt previous unit. It has only 1 fan to cool the device -vs- 2 that my old one had. It seems to run the load without the fan coming on constantly.Although, I have never used this brand before, it appears well built and is handing all the normal electric load the other one would have. So far 2 thumbs 👍.

UPDATE November 2024: My unit is still working great and I've been powering devices which draw 1,200 watts. I'm actually using my system now to charge my electric golf cart, which draws 1204 watts.Great Inverter!- Easy to hookup- Customer Service was outstanding and answered all my questions- I haven't tried to draw 2,000 watts, but I've powered devices up to 800 watts and it worked flawlesslyI feel very confident of my purchase with Giandel and they have a great reputation. I will gladly update my rating to a 5 after using it to power higher current appliances and after I've had it in operation for a while.

Title explains it all. This unit works for about two weeks before faulting the DC inputs. Blew three DC fuses, destroyed a breaker, and ruined the BMS of two LIFePO4 batteries all because the DC inputs decided to short after two weeks. To be fair, I shouldn't have kept trying to use it after it failed - I guess part of me was optimistic that it was a temporary condition.This is a great inverter if you have terminal cancer, your doctor gave you two weeks to live, and your kids are jerks and you want to leave them with useless junk to haul away.

We are up grading from a cheap Home Depot 12 volt 750 watt inverter to a Giandel 24 volt inverter for our micro off grid camper. We had been using a low cost 12 volt inverter of 750 watts modified sine wave with one AGM 12 volt lead acid battery. So our new system will be this new Giandel 2000 watt 24 volt pure sine wave inverter with multiple lithium batteries connected in series to obtain 24 volt. Install a 24 volt to 12 volt step down for our 12 volt items. I was recommended this Giandel inverter by several notable solar power specialist, It has been said many times that Giandel is a very durable and dependable unit. I will buy Giandel again in the future for other projects
