Swing-N-Slide NE 3062 Super Speedwave Slide for 5' Swing Set Decks, Yellow

It took over a month to get this slide but once it finally arrived we were happy with it. It is sturdy and can hold my kids no problem. It was easy for my husband to install. No scratches or any damage.

It was delivered in a timely manner. It was only in a see through plastic bag but did not have any damage. Maybe a small scratch or two but after some use I'm sure there will be plenty more. Installed easy and kids were sliding same day. We've had it for a couple of months and they love it, 5 and 8 year old. Was a great investment. They spend a lot of time here.

Great quality slide but does not include hardware! It says it does in the listing but I called the manufacturer and they said it doesn’t. It also comes in a plastic bag so there were a few scratches, nothing terrible - but I wish it was in a box.

I added center brace based on some other reviews, has had no issues supporting 150lbs. It also arrived in excellent condition, no defects or scratches.

We're finishing up building our retirement home and I added a stairway to access the downhill portion of the yard. In jest, someone suggested that I put a slide in at the stairway landing. My wife loved the idea since we have four small grandchildren. So, naturally, I had to put in the slide. It is very sturdy and handled my nearly 200 pounds without any problem.

Nice and sturdy it should last for years. Only drawback is the shipping packaging is not great and ours had several pretty deep scratches from shipping.

This is a great product for a kids' backyard play set. It probably deserves at least 4 stars, but the purchasing experience was so horrible that I have downgraded it to 1.The slide is easy to install despite that no instructions or hardware were provided: just make sure that you have a platform at the proper height for the product - 60". Prepare to get 4 carriage screws or bolts of an appropriate type and size for your platform, and make sure they are reasonably flat and smooth because the kids will slide over them at the top of the slide. Also be sure to arrange some kind of soft landing area for the bottom of the slide: they come down pretty fast and slide off the end.What was not so good was the delivery process. Amazon posted the item as "picked up by shipper" within a day of the the order being placed, and immediately charged my credit card. Initial delivery estimate was about 3 weeks. That time came and went with no delivery in sight, and a bunch of misleading and dubious updates in the tracking system. After many hours on the phone, it turns out that the package was being handed off among different shippers and nobody was taking any responsibility for it. On three separate occasions we saw messages that the delivery was "rescheduled at the customer's request" and others saying that the shipper had made unsuccessful attempts to deliver, or to contact the customer. None of these reflected any attempts to contact us, but MAY have referred to handoffs among the different shippers that were involved. The item was eventually received two weeks after the initial estimate - 5 weeks after charging my credit card - and all of the verifiable shipping activity occurred in the 3 days before it arrived. This is very unlike the usual Amazon experience, and extremely disappointing. I will never again buy large items that require special shipping from Amazon.

Took a while for delivery.It’s great. Grandkids love it!
