Exactly what I needed.
Great quality. Don’t go ordering kits online that are upcharging for the same Delphi components! The lines included are TIGHT on the injector caps for a 6.9 idi but are necessary to keep air out of the system. Superlube silicone grease helps with assembly. Fit and works perfectly on my 86 F350. Will buy again.

Well made, good fit.
Fit perfect on my 89 7.3 idi.The clips worked very well, the provided gas hose was enough to replace everything.Installing the O rings is the biggest pain just because of design and location.Make sure you lube everything in Diesel, makes life easier. You will need to push down hard to seat the injector caps, you'll feel it pop.First try everything was dry as a bone and now cranks up with no delay.

Stopped my fuel leak
This kit stopped the leak on the fuel injector return system. Several of the spring tension hose clamps Bent and deformed while attempting to install. I had to reuse some of the old clamps.

OEM Quality
Not a super hard job to do at home in the driveway and saves you a pretty penny. I have an 87f250 but it has the 7.3 IDI, not the 6.9. This kit has everything you need to fix leaky return lines and make your old tractor run like new.SO far a month after install still no leak. Seems to be quality. Plenty of line to get the job done.

one plastic Cap was the wrong one, hose is very stiff difficult to install.
Set was missing a plastic Cap so I had to use one of my old ones, there were 8 but was missing a straight flow threw and had an extra 90 deg. Also the hose is the wrong type in my opinion, I've done these fix's before a few times and used the OEM type hose, its more supple and way easier to install, the hose supplied with this kit is high pressure fuel line hose, its stiff and a pain to install , there's no doubt in my mind that just installing it put stress on the caps and once installed there is side load on the caps, Not good, this is a next to zero pressure return line set up and there is no need to use 50psi hose.I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS AGAIN

Works
This kit is good. Works great so far. My only issue is that the hoses are smaller than the original fittings.

Take time, don't bend a line!
I paid $8 or so for a "used" item which was brand new in my eyes! Thank you Delphi and Amazon!Word of caution - when putting fuel injectors back in place and then getting the fuel lines onto the injectors be very cautious! Make sure they are on perfectly and not slanted. I got a crease in my fuel line trying to put it back onto the injector and it was impossible to get the crease out. Leaked on one injector much worse then before, unfortunately it's going to cost me a $100 more then I planned on paying for what is supposed to be a super quick and easy job.Take your time, don't bend a line!!!

Look at your set up prior to order.
Application was 1991 F-350 7.3 IDI, N/A. The fittings only allowed for one return, this truck has one each on cylinders 1 and 5. Hose supplied was 3/16”, supplied cap fittings likely better with 1/4”, clamps supplied were 3/16”. I ended up using my old caps, and clamps, only using the O rings and fresh 1/4 fuel line. Jamming 3/16” hose over 1/4” barbs is asking for premature split hose connections. All done no leaks. Should have opted for O rings only.
