Biggest RipOff
My delivery is 8” y’all NOW for $26.95!!!!! They did say it would be smaller than pictured, but there was never any indication how small! It had just been potted. Others for as low as $19.00, etc that promised larger ones. A joke for the money! Company should be removed!!

Love it!
Not only does the plant look better than the picture but the packaging was done so well that it literally could have been thrown around by the delivery person and it wouldn’t have mattered. Extremely satisfying also there was a cute little card telling me to water it on Saturday and how much water to give it.

Impressed with the size. Not so much with the yellow leaves...
I wasn't home to unbox it myself so I can't review the packaging. Once I got home, I loved the size but was immediately worried about the yellow/ yellowing leaves. I cut those off and looks like I'll be cutting out more. I treated for any pests and bottom watered. I believe I'll be replacing the wood stick with a moss pole. The soil is tight so I'll have to repot as well. Will add more pictures in the coming week. Update: 4 days and .ore yellow leaves later, I discovered it was super root bound! Acting accordingly. Gentle repot to a larger pot withchunky soil, not disrupting the roots yet. Pic added of roots. Pic of the plant 2 months in.

BEST PLANT PURCHASE EVER!!
Let me start by saying this was the first plant I have ever ordered online. I have looked everywhere locally for the Monstera deliciosa, the plant that was #1 on my "wishlist" of houseplants. I was cautioned by many to NOT ORDER a live plant in the middle of winter (I live in NW Wisconsin, temps average in the low teens down to 0) but I just couldn't wait 'til spring to have one of these beauties, and finally adding a Monstera deliciosa was a HUGE DEAL to me so I put in many hours of research online, and finally decided to order an 18-20" in a 6" growers pot Monstera from American Plant Exchange. I was SO NERVOUS, thinking "It's been below freezing temps a couple of days and UPS probably doesn't care about keeping my plant from freezing, its probably being tossed about or handled roughly with all the other packages". The day of delivery, the driver was walking towards my house holding the box UPSIDE DOWN, when I could see from my window the arrows on the box stating clearly "Please keep this way up", so I was expecting to open a box of broken stems amidst a pile of dirt everywhere. I was scared to even open it! But let me tell you, I burst into tears when I did because it was BEAUTIFUL and packaged so well it was completely intact except for a tiny bit of soil in the bottom! I thought "This is too good to be true!" I took the plant out and the pot of soil it was in was very, very cold (not the growers fault) so I placed him (the plant) on my counter, under the indirect light of a skylight in my kitchen and waited for the inevitable collapse from being frozen. WHICH NEVER HAPPENED! So the next day I gave him water, then watched and waited. I've had him a week now, in the same spot, acclimating and he's already put out 2 new leaves and a 3rd opened up that was beginning to unfurl! I couldn't ask for a more GORGEOUS plant. I'm already trying to decide my next purchase from them. THANK YOU so much, American Plant Exchange, for fulfilling my dream of owning a Monstera deliciosa!! I am so 3excited to watch him grow!!!**Oh! Btw, its advertised as being 18" - 20", and mine measured 43" upon arrival!

Super Impressed
The media could not be loaded. Super impressed with the health and size of the plant! Lots of new leaves ready to unfurl. Packaged pretty well and although the box did get damaged during shipping the plant did not.

Beautiful but not without issues
I have to say when it arrived today it was absolutely huge and stunning when I pulled it out of the box and then unwrapped it. But as I was inspecting it I found that it was full of spiders there was also mold on several bottom leaves and possibly some rotting going on. I haven't checked the roots yet I want to give the plant a day or two to acclimate and then I will check hopefully it's not going to be an issue. But I'm a bit concerned because there were a couple of yellow leaves at the bottom of the plant. This of course could be due to the stress of the shipping. Speaking of shipping I think that they could have been a bit more careful when wrapping it several leaves were taped and ripped when I was removing it from the packaging. So it looks somewhat healthy with a couple of issues and as I said before it's absolutely huge plants so I'm somewhat happy with it. But I'm hoping there's no serious issues and that I can fix anything that's wrong with her. But I don't believe I will be buying from the seller again.
