Comfortable in shoes or barefoot and washes well with great pain relief
So comfortable, I was wondering if it might feel hot but it doesn't. Does not slip around either. Works equally well when barefoot. It doesn't fit in my work shoes so I'm wearing trainers, but that's recommended for this condition anyway. To wash it, I just make sure the velcro is closed, then put in my normal 40 degree wash with rest of laundry. Air dry.

Helped with pain
I have flat feet, over pronation and plantar fasciitis. When I first put these on walking round the house they were a real comfort and relieved the pain somewhat for my plantar fasciitis. However, after a day or two the fabric and gel seemed to move out of place. Still usable. Not sure if it's the design but there is no gel in the middle and this is where my main pain is. But it did still help. I can't wear these in my shoes for outside as the straps don't fit snuggly around my ankle/foot and end up with gapes either side on my foot so are loose around the sides and then ultimately move at the sole. Maybe if they were a little longer I could put them in my shoes and they wouldn't move as at the moment they do. They are literally for your heel, and don't go to the arch of foot like I though it highlighted in the picture. I have size 7 feet. I would still try them if you have severe pain as they have helped round the house. Maybe I have big ankles so they don't fit aswell?

Good enough
Arrived in good time, a little small for my feet so made some adjustments and that done the trick, comfy to wear and helps relieve heel pain… worth the money

Don't waste your money.
I've (unwittingly) bought some rubbish on Amazon before but this has to be the worst purchase I've ever made! If, like me, you suffer with heel pain, you've probably scoured the Internet, looking for something that's effective in relieving the pain. And I've bought a few things now that I'd hoped would do just that - but they've failed. But, despite the money I had spent on those failures I can honestly say that, based on the quality of each product, they were, on the whole, worth the money I'd spent. These heel cushions however...where do I start? As soon as I'd taken them out of their packaging I suspected that they were going to be a complete rip-off. They looked badly made and felt even worse. Despite this, and willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, I proceeded to use them for a few days...and wished I hadn't bothered. They started to split around the edges and, to make matters worse, they had provided no kind of pain relief whatsoever.I can't help feeling that I've been conned.Anyway, I shall keep on looking and, hopefully, will strike it lucky before I have to resort to cutting off my own foot.

Insertation achilles tendinitis!
Had trimalleolar break followed by 'ORIF' surgery November 2019 after a year being hardly mobile , I decided to up my game and start a fitness /healthy living as I recovered my accident , we were hit with the pandemic- anyway I was walking around 5 miles a day and kinda forgot I ever had an injury so started to power walk, big mistake i overworked my weak ankle and now can't walk properly, The heel wedge has made things so much better I cant even walk around the house with out it on , its very supportive help with the pain a lot so really worth the money ! I paid 11.99 next day it was reduced to 8.99 , always the way still worth the money.

Made no difference.
These were uncomfortable because I could feel the edge of the neoprene across the middle of my foot. They are not quite long enough so the strap sits too high up my foot and therefore does not fit flush. They are fairly thick but made no difference to the plantar fasciitis pain. I returned these and bought some elasticated arch supports (green discs on a black strap) which work much better.

The best heel support brought so far!!
I was a little skeptical of these support at first as they don't cover the whole of your heel, and thought they are likely to slip off or ride up my ankles like previous gel ones. But these are the bomb!! They don't work for me in my shoes, as I found they moved as I pushed my feet in, so I wear them under my socks and they stay in place! Great cushion on the heel, and they have helped my Plantar Fasciitis a lot! Worth getting!

Not as good as hoped.
I bought these as I had been suffering from heel pain for a few weeks. They did cushion the heel and help when walking around indoors but were impossible to wear in shoes. They are thick but dont feel very supportive. I have quite slim feet and they are a little gappy when pulled tighter.
