Ping pong table
Portable and easy to set up. We enjoy it in our garage.

Table top is made of the worse quality particle board and nothing holds to it.
First, one of the handles came off by just holding it. The screws came off the particle board. Then, after attaching legs and following instructions to stand table on its side to fold and stand up, one of the legs attachments to the table top simply came off when we tried folding the table. We had not applied any extra tension and were softly folding. As I mentioned before, the particle board is of such poor quality, that it would be impossible that any screws stay in place.I immediately called EastPoint Sports and they simply told me they would not be able to replace the top, and that I should contact Amazon.I was already contacting Amazon on their website and immediately took care of me. Amazon is picking up the table and refunding me for it. THANKS AMAZON

Table shipped without assembly hardware and accessories.
Can’t answer assembly questions because the table did not include hardware to assemble legs and table ; also did not include net , paddles , balls as advertised. Disappointing Christmas gift since still waiting for missing hardware to arrive so table can be assembled and used. Company responsive and apologetic. Missing items to be shipped ASAP.

Almost great
This review is for the "conversion" version of this table, that you place over another table/billiards table.I’d first like to mention that Amazon’s delivery, while quick and on time, was not so good on this. The driver called me when he arrived at the delivery address (I was out of town at the time, but my wife was there). I told the driver that I’d call my wife and she would be right out. So, I called her and let her know, and she went outside (within a few minutes) to find the table left against the garage door, and no delivery person to be found. Now, the description says “inside entryway delivery”, but was instead left against an entryway. We were hoping that it would be brought into the other side of our garage, but the driver left without any chance of that happening. My wife was pretty angry as she needed to leave for a meeting, but the item (which is extremely heavy and quite awkward for one person to move) was now blocking her door. Also, even though there was no apparent damage to the packaging, one of the plastic corner cap pieces on the edge of one of the table halves was broken. It appears that the screw was installed crooked, probably leading to it cracking and eventually breaking off from the pressure of the crooked screw. I’m reaching out to head to see if that issue can be rectified.Despite the above issues, this is a nice table that plays very well. The halves aren’t too heavy to move/place when you have a couple of able people to move them, and the net attachments setup up quick and easy. 2 things to note, and 1 that I would consider a fairly major design flaw that you should be aware of if placing over a billiards table.1. The handle-looking things you see on the outside corners of the 2 halves are apparently NOT actually handles (note that the product listing says "15 mm Conversion Table w/ Handles". In fact, in the directions, they explicitly say to not lift or carry using the handles (see pic). Oddly, they’re actually paddle/ball holders. Design tip for HEAD: if you don’t want something to be used as a handle, maybe don’t make it look/function like a handle? Also, it would be pretty handy (pun intended) if they actually were handles… they’re in a pretty awkward spot for “paddle holders”. Other tip: don't call it a handle in your product listing. Part of the reason I purchased this is because the handle option seemed like a good idea for moving these table halves around more easily..Now, for the bigger issue. I purchased this to place over the top of our billiards table… which works great. However, there’s metal reenforcement square bar that runs around the underside edge of 3 sides of each table half. The extra reenforcement/rigidity is appreciated, but here’s the rub (literally). The screws that they used to attach the bar to the bottom are round head screws which are not countersunk. So, they stick out, which if you’re not aware/careful, can potentially damage your table (a reality in our case). This is an odd choice, since the company went out of their way to cover the entire bottom side of the table with a protective pad backing… EXCEPT for the metal bars with screw heads sticking out.Unfortunately, our newly acquired table was damaged in this way when our teenage children placed the 1 half top too far up on the table woodwork (with the screws making contact), then slid it back off the edge to the proper placement, unaware of the potential hazard of the screws. So, I’m trying to sort out the best way to avoid this situation again (because it will certainly happen again)…- put the table cover on before placing this top on (however, the screws may actually damage the cover as well… so not sure if this is a good solution.- put some kind of adhesive backed foam over the screws, which will likely come off at some point and need to be replaced over and over (prob not a long-term solution).- replace the round head screws with flat heads. This seems like the best option (maybe)… but I’m still not sure if they’d be sunk enough to not do similar damage.- all of the above. This is an issue that Head should certainly address and that I’ll likely contact them about. So, buyer beware on that one! Enjoying it, otherwise.

Screws loose on rails
This is a solid table. When I opened the box the screws were not in the rails. The net has a hole in it. Other than that it’s pretty solid and heavy.

Arrived damaged
One metal support bar was loose on arrival (two screw holes were stripped) and one metal support bar had fallen off in transport (most screw holes were stripped). Fortunately the screws were still floating around in the shipping box, but I'll eventually have to address the multiple loose screws. XPO showed up with only the driver, and I had to help him get the box off the truck. He said he'd help carry the table into the house but drove off when I went to open the door. Other than that . . .
