Made for small fish
Lakes and streams would be ok. I fish the ocean so this will not work. Aggressive fishing require something different.I had difficulty setting the bobber spring in a river. Best for small hand size fish in a place where the water does not move.

Work really well.
Used it to catch crappie and white bass actually slayed them using these corks set up is easy.
