This was a replacement for one very similar. Happy so far with the cut, especially at an angle. Good quality and value.

This review is based on only one 10 minute job which it did well. For me, the chainsaw proved to be worth the price of £80. However, had a few minor issues: the tracking number provided was invalid. Upon enquiry the seller supplied me with the correct number for 'Evri' but by that time the chainsaw had been delivered. An allen key rattled around loose in the tatty box and upon unpacking I discovered abrasions on the chainsaw casing. Following advice I put the chain in soak for 20 hrs which used up all of the supplied oil. Instructions are very poor. They say to adjust the 'block' so that it is in the middle, but the chain would be far too loose in that position. Fitting instructions also referred to 'cutting edges' but did not specify which ones they are until the last page. The pole chainsaw, is the lightest I had found available yet for me (an oldie) the tool felt heavy and clumsy and it was very difficult joining the two sections. It seemed counter-intuitive to remove what seemed to be a clamping bolt to slot the two sections together. The flex is far too short and the decibel warning labels fell off on first use. The chain didn't though, it worked well. One concern is slow oil flow (about 7ml per min) with the Hyundai oil I'd purchased. I will in future use the thinnest available (ISO 100 SAE 30). Customer services, although a bit slow in replies, were helpful and said that they sell replacement chains but they are not always in stock. The chain does have the maker's name on it though ("Longer") so perhaps they can be obtained from another supplier when the chain wears out.

If you want to cut branches and trees etc. then this is the one for you as for the money it's excellent value. It has a tremendous reach when extended and it really cuts well. Awkward branch at an angle----- no problems just change the head end angle. Easy to use, has a harness to aid weight distribution and balance 5 Stars.

Product seems OK, but it's probably not as good as similarly priced chainsaws from companies you've actually heard of.The baffling problem I've found is the lack of after sales care with no member of staff able to tell me the type of chain I need and the paperwork/instructions sent with it don't mention that specification. This is perhaps the most important piece of information for performance and safe use of the saw. I'll be taking the chain to a d.i.y place and asking them but I really shouldn't have to. I would not recommend buying this chainsaw.

A bit heavy so not easy to control but does the job

The power saw does not arrive ready for use and has to be assembled. The instructions are not easy to follow and the illustrations are not very clear as they are much too small. I am still working out how to put everything in working order. I have been unable to find clearer instructions on line.

Very pleased with how this worked, only negative the lead is a bit short but cuts really well.
