A keeper
Although I like my Vortex Diamondback equally well, this Athlon Argos G2 has its own special charm (both 10x42) Excellent binocular for the money.

Clear glass but...
The glass is crystal clear and super bright, but it put alot of strain on my eyes. I had to upgrade to a set of mavens. My eyes hurt after 20 seconds

Best binoculars at this price point
I bought the Athlon Argos UHD 10x42 binoculars shortly after they were released about a year ago. Because they were so new at the time, I wasn’t able to find any reviews on them before purchasing. I now have my own opinion of them after having them for about a year, but out of curiosity, I decided to see what others are now saying about them. I was surprised to see that there isn’t many reviews for these. In my opinion, these have to be the best binoculars at this price point. When comparing these to Vortex Diamondback’s which are price somewhat comparable, these have noticeably better lens quality and are by far the better option. Plus, these have a warranty that is almost identical to Vortex. The Vortex seem to be the better selling item, but I can’t figure out why because the Athlon is a better quality product and at a better price point in my opinion. Not that this should matter too much, but the Athlon binoculars have a better design and look to them when compared to Vortex and some others. I’m not a Vortex hater either. In fact, I own many different optics made by Vortex. This is just my first experience with Athlon and I’m quite impressed with them and the value they offer in comparison to my Vortex products.

Great pair of bino’s
I’ve had these for two years, and have worked great. I highly recommend them for the price. I use them constantly and have been impressed with them since I bought them.

Awesome binoculars.
Awesome binoculars. Well made. Chrystal clear view. The greater the distance you are looking at, the better they seem to get. Worth the extra money to get waterproof and high quality.

Bad a$$ black beautys
Archery thumbs up, perfect for 40 and 50 years to see arrows during day light, I can at least see the shadows of my arrows at 50 yards, I can see them at 100 yards to, bit it's simply hard to see tiny arrows at that distance, it's less of a optic thing and more of a distance thing at that length. First time UHD binocular purchase, but much better than the $100 spotter I also own, you actually get to feel the clarity with these and they are bad ass black. :)

Two issues on an otherwise nice binoculars
What I really appreciated about these binoculars was the value for the price, they matched pretty closely to other Chinese glass priced twice as much. I returned them for two reasons, Chromatic Aberrations were slight, but still too much for my taste (vortex vipers had even more ca). Plus, the binoculars had a bad smell that did not go away after being aired out for a week. I ended up purchasing Leupold binoculars instead that displayed no ca, amazing clarity, and no smell.
