Great fit, definitely gets you sweating when working out.

As far as these waist fat burners go, the quality of this one seems better than many I've had over the years. The pocket is a bonus, although, I wouldn't put a phone that close to my body.

I really like this belt it really makes you sweat very comfortable to wear to the gym or while on a walk, the only thing is I wish I had gone down a size. It’s very generous on sizing. If you want a tighter fit go down from your normal size.
