It's as close to spaghetti as possible
Really excellent spaghetti substitute. Texture is that of 'al dente'. Don't be put off by aroma when opening packet, rinse well and it disappears. Takes up the flavour of the sauce really well. Husband is diabetic, so great way to reduce his carb intake. Cannot believe how low calorie it is, because it tastes as near to spaghetti as anything I have ever tasted

Dreadful smell and awful to eat
Bought this for my keto diet , as soon as i opened it from its water package i got the worst oder of rotten fish from the packet , i washed it with water and drained and it wasn't too bad, to eat on its own is a no go however mixed with a sauce is okay until after i had eaten this product it made me feel really ill , got an upset stomach and thought i was going to be sick. Would not recommend unless your so into your diet that u don't mind feeling sick. Nothing like pasta though more like rubbery noodles

I am not convinced
I think these are as good as they can be - just don’t really like them . Too bland , squeaky on the teeth so not really like pasta ..Ok if you put on plenty of sauce - but courgetti spaghetti nicer and keto

Better than expected but more like noodles
They don’t soak up liquid from the sauce like standard pasta so they last in the sauce for leftovers the next day.
