Natures Aid Cholesterol Support Formula, with Plant Sterols & Vitamin B1, 90 g Powder,145600

I haven't seen the effects on my cholesterol levels yet, but I find it easy to incorporate the powder into my routine by mixing it with yogurt or sprinkling it on my breakfast cereal.

This is a fine powder with a neutral taste which can be added to anything you want without it changing the flavour of your food. Personally I take it at breakfast in porridge or pancakes. I am taking it for high cholesterol however I have to wait a couple of months for another test so cannot comment just yet on its effectiveness.

This plant stenols come in powder form which I can easily add to food. Good value for size and good quality. Have purchased again.

Sprinkle a teaspoonful of the powder onto a bowl of porridge, and it mixes in very well. Adds a sweetness to the porridge too, so a bit of a bonus.Not sure as yet if it has lowered my cholesterol but I remain hopeful.

I gave this a go in place of the tablet form type but will be going back to tablets , yes it goes down well but I can taste the powder in hot tea etc , and could tell difference when I had tablets , the powder I cannot

I am using this for a week now in my shakes mixed with collagen and other powder supplements. I tend to empty my capsules supplements into a shake and blend them together. I will use for at least three months before getting my blood work done again to compare any improvements in cholesterol levels. I am a big fan of plant sterols and they are a good addition to my daily intake.
