High quality Bread Flour!
I like to bake bread and I make my own pizza dough. I DON'T want glyphosate-soaked wheat flour. This led me to seek out a high-quality "strong" bread flour. Italy does not allow grain farmers to douse their wheat with glyphosate and I firmly believe that is one of the main reasons so many people, my husband included, can digest French and Italian breads with no gastrointestinal distress. These producers got the strain of wheat from Manitoba and grew their own, Italian version. My only complaint? It's expensive and doesn't come in a larger sized package, but for my occaisional breadmaking, I can cope. Incidentally, MeDINEterranean Specialty Food is prompt and it arrives well-packaged!

Flour spread in a plastic bag
I purchased two bags of flour, one of them is badly damaged. See the photos attached. It could not have happened during transportation, so I believe it has been packed in that condition.However, it appears I am not able to return it. Wasted money.

Received 12 days prior to expiration date.
I checked the expiration date on this flour as soon as I opened it (suspected a previous order of this flour was really old).Sure enough - it had been ground just shy of a year ago and was set to expire in 12 days.I know is usable after expiration date if stored properly- such as frozen, but for the price charged for this flour, I expect it to be fresh.

Arrived about to expire
I over paid for this flour because I don’t live in the USA, which was my choice and I am fine with it, but then I receive a product that is about to expire. I feel ripped off. It shouldn’t be sold or at least it should be let known when this item it’s been purchased, because in my case I won’t use everything before the expiration date.

Flour expiring in 2 weeks
Hello,This flour is very expensive and I’ve got it 2days ago. It expires March 30th 2024! You should A) discount the flour or B) be honest and say that upfront. What a disappointment!

Item almost expired
I received this item (4 pounds) on Jan 24 2024 and the expiration date is on Feb 17 2024. It is unfair that I received a costly flour almost expiring and not been able to return it.
