They seem to work well on GMRS. Good SWR. They aren't obnoxiously long

Works as designed
While these rubber duck antennas work as good as any (use of rubber duck antennas are for eye safety. They are not for efficient transmission/ reception.

They're a good replacement for stock factory antennae on a Baofeng GMRS-15 Pro two-way radio.

There are different stiles of antenna mounts, make sure you get a antenna that matches the brand you have

SWR Unacceptable on these antennas.
DO NOT buy these. I checked the SWR on them and the best I could measure was 2.6 on VHF and 3.5 on UHF.Not acceptable and WILL damage your radios. The stock baofeng antennas are way better in regards to SWR.
