I love these tortillas
I love these tortillas. They have to be fried to be enjoyable, in my experience. I like them fried crispy to eat by themselves or as a taco, tostada, quesadilla, or taquito. I tried making enchiladas with them, but that didn't go over so well. I fried them quite well, but they seem to have disintegrated amidst the sauce and filling. I'm going to try again using a different technique. The first time, I did layered enchiladas. Next time I will make rolled style and probably I'll put the sauce on once I have them on the plate. Sort of like flautas. The flavor is amazing, when fried in oil and eaten by itself. To me it tastes like a fried flour tortilla.

Bad When Received
As soon as these babies were delivered I went to open a package. I had been looking forward to these. They were shipped with plenty of packaging. The packages weren’t cold, they were cool temp but not warm. Upon opening we got a strong foul bitter smell. We hoped it was just an off smell and heated one. They had definitely gone bad and were completely inedible. I’m very disappointed as this was a waste of money- no refundable.

These are amazing! My son said: they taste like a tortilla—lol. I am no gluten no corn and these are BY FAR the best tortilla I have had. Thank you Tia for making me such delicious tortillas!

GREAT TORTILLA…but spendy
I’ve ordered these tortillas at least 3 times. They are a great grain-free tortilla! I prefer the taste and color of pink package nopal tortillas over the green masa variety. For heating I use a tiny bit of olive oil in my no-stick pan on medium heat & they turn out consistently good! Beware of over cooking, they can become a wee bit leathery if overdone. I always put a lid on my saucepan & when the steam forms, flip them quickly.I’ve never had an issue with spoilage, I always keep mine in the freezer and thaw (in refrigerator) only the amount I’m going to use within 48 hours so I don’t risk spoilage. My only complaint is the price, I’m hoping there will soon be a way to mass produce them more economically and pass the savings to the consumer!

Was room temperature when delivered
Sadly, these did not ship "frozen". They were in an envelope with two completely thawed, warm gel packs. The tortillas were at least 70 degrees Fahrenheit. I immediately put them in the freezer, but they were not even cold when they arrived. Maybe if I tried to buy them during the winter, it might work. But ordering through Amazon in the summer was not a success for me.

Wow!! So good!
I absolutely love these, healthy ingredients and grain free! Yay, so happy I finally found a tortilla for me.Update: after a few days of eating these I noticed stomach pains and I started to get a lot of mucus in my nose. I didn’t realize this has soy in it. Unfortunate because I have an allergy to soy. I wish they would not use soy, on top of all the cactus flours, why? A lot of people are allergic to soy. So because of this I can’t have these any longer unfortunately.

Comparable to store bought corn tortilla flavor
Ok, first, these are not corn tortillas. If you want reduced calories and are reducing corn or grain in your diet, these are the best you're going to get. I had to try them hot with butter and the flavor is mild enough to pass that test. The texture is a little dryer than corn and a bit less flexible but we heat them over an open stove burner for a few seconds and they wrap just fine. I have used the green torts bought online and have had enough of the wallpaper texture and higher sugar levels in those. Plus, those are a $1.75 each. At a dollar a tortilla here, give these a shot. Keep them in your freezer until needed then in the frig once opened.
