Stunning Look
We couldn't be happier with the look of our under counter and toe kick lighting.

Very nice.
These work great but I cannot say or show how much this lights up a normal space. My house is part log cabin and all the wood really sucks up the light. I like that I can get some light into fairly hidden spaces and can install these in a non destructive way. For my room, I think 4000K is a bit too cool, something around 3500K would have looked nicer. As they run at full power, I really cant feel any heat. They dim well also. These are paired with a PlusPoe 24 volt 50 Watt dimable driver and a Lutron Caseta wireless dimable plug in switch. Caution with the adhesive backing, its very sticky!!! So sticky that I am going to keep the 4000K strip in for now 🙄 I would suggest a higher wattage driver, I installed a 2nd partial strip about 12 foot, and it is noticeably brighter and slightly warmer color temp. The brightness in my image is a little hot because of the cheap phone camera.

Nice but don’t like color
The media could not be loaded. I only needed 65 inches of light on my fireplace mantle, so the rest of the reel is a waste of money. It’s useless without a connection to power. Secondly, I thought I was buying warm white. While they stick nice to the surface and dim very nicely, I’m not happy with bright light.

Great value strip for natural indoor lighting
I recently moved into a room with no integrated lighting, and didn't want to waste floor space with lamps. I cut this strip in half and spaced them evenly across the middle of the ceiling. These things are *BRIGHT*, I normally only need to use them at ~70% duty cycle to get good, bright, clean lighting for the whole room. Powering them from one end, with half length strips, there's no notable dimming along the length. With a dimmer and a solid power supply, it was a far better functioning and cheaper option than any pre-made LED roof lights or standing lamps around.

updated after installation - a few sections bad - decent quality of light
---UPDATED REVIEW, AFTER INSTALLING ON CEILING--I knocked the rating down to 3 stars from 4, because I had 4 sections of the light strip, each section about 2in long that the led's were not working. That was pretty disappointing.-------INITIAL REVIEW, AFTER UNBOXING AND LAYING FLAT ON FLOOR-----I bought this item in this listing, as well as this bare strip: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PUY77P2?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1The bare strip is slightly brighter than this item, and it runs cooler. This item runs just a tad hot, especially considering it is dimmer than the other cooler strip. But this item does output decent light, and the diffusion works very well, even if it limits the "throw" a bit. The dimmer works well, as does the remote, although the other "modes" such as random flashing etc are just about useless. The RF remote works well, and in all, this a a pretty good value for a strip that can actually be used to light a room.

Great light ,Simple, High quality, Really Amazing
Wow, for so little money you will get a great product. The light gives off an even linear white glow, no spots noticeable. . You would not want to look directly into this strip it’s too bright for that but shielded behind a cabinet or molding it’s perfect. It does not match a yellow 2700 light. The adhesion is excellent. Two wire 24V transformer hook up is red black simple. Just trim the light length to fit like a rope, stick it on an cut the end.( note it will get dark 2" befiore the cut once cut).Hard to believe lighting technology has come this far so fast. I am really happy with the result.

Great product, good light diffusion and dimmable
Used it to run along the stair case in the molding (grooved in an aluminum channel in the board), hooked it up to a z-wave dimmer/controller and automated it with my home automation for motion and time based illumination for the stairs. Works just right and looks awesome, The only negative that I have is that even though you can cut it every inch or so but you can't solder it on each of the cut points but only cut points that are about 18 inches or so. I am not sure it is technical limitation of COBs or just this strip.

Great upscale strip lighting solution (see details). Recommended
For the most part, I've embraced the use of LED strips for ambient lighting like behind the moulding of trayed ceilings. However, I saw 5050s mounted around floor level to the bottom of kitchen cabinets. In what SHOULD have been a great installation was marred by the fact that the stained and sealed floor showed the reflection of each of the individual SMDs. Maybe you still need EL tape or CCFLs after all?Or maybe not. At 528 LEDs/m, the Dephen LED Strip Lights, 5m/16.4ft Flexible COB 3000K 5500Lm CRI 80+ provides a seamless light experience. For non-metric people, that's about 8 LEDs per inch. When used with a Zwave DC dimmer (even though you're not using the RGB channels), you get a soft and smooth automated ambient lighting experience. At $40 per 5 meters the Dephen lights are more expensive than a 5050 roll, but with a much more upscale experience overall.
