Good product if you binge watch on your phone
Bought this for my father, he totally loves it. Would have complaint abouts it's lenght if I was using it, but for my father it fits perfectly

Bad quality!! Highly disappointed
The product I received didn’t match with what is shown in the pictures as well as what is mentioned in the product description. It was hurting while putting on neck, it couldn’t handle my phone weight and kept on falling. The quality indeed is very bad. And the price doesn’t justify with product quality. Highly disappointed.

Not comfortable at all.
It is not long enough as when we try it on neck the phone screen is too close to watch and worse for subtitles to read. Also there is neck pain in few minutes. The product looked fine at first but after using for a few days it felt more like a waste of money. Even to use it as phone stand to watch videos while placing it on bed is very inconvenient as it requires too much adjustments to keep the balance. Price is too much for this kind of product which is not satisfactory as it describes on the advertisement on amazon app.

The product is not strong it's ball in the holder got broken it not even last for a month.....

good idea for a product and first impressions seems good on the inside but build quality is low.not convenient to plug in earphones when the mobile is clamped init is not sturdy enough as the mobile shakes after being clamped in, it even shakes under fan without a mobile on it, but still it is usable
