Excellent bathroom grab bar. Good quality and reasonably priced.

This is very sturdy item but the fittings could have been stronger. Longer screw fixings were really needed.

Easy to fit, instructions clear and acurate. Fixing scews and wall plugs supplied. The metal of the fixing plate covers is a bit thin, but adequate for the purpose. Head of domestics is pleased.

I needed a grab rail to help people go up a ramp - and bought this - when I checked it on arrival I had some concerns and ended up getting a different design for the main handles and just used this for a low stress area -The design feels wrong and sure enough after fitting it tended to rock if grabbed - I very nearly sent it back as not fit for purpose -(1) the supplied screws are way too short and feel not strong enough - you lose about 5 mm in the housing so very little is actually screwed in to the tiny supplied plugs - I had to use much bigger plugs and screws to get any confidence -(2) the housing is fitted so that the screw into the rail has clearance for the head - this means that when you do screw in the mounting screws - the housing bends - and there is a danger of the plugs being pulled out into the gap-So overall I think it is a poor design
