This product works perfectly fine I have purchased other similar products from different manufacturers and have had some type of glitch whether the battery does not hold a charge or faulty buttons. This product seems to have decent craftsmanship.

seems to be a well-made product. advertised power i think is enough for the intended purpose. charging by USB is a welcome feature. there's no way to test the effectiveness of its advertised voltage power so you'll have to take it on its face value. a good item to gift to someone you care. delivery via Amazon's pick-up location was as scheduled and secure. came with minimal but helpful instructions.

Grab the right end! I found out by accident how effective this is. I absolutely love it besides the fact that I zapped myself. It’s a great tool for discouraging other dogs from getting to close to my 2 mal-Shis when we are out walking. I used to carry pepper spray but I didn’t want to hurt the other dogs just convince them to go on their merry way. The popping and crackling sound is loud and enough that they don’t want to investigate further. I’m sure it would be enough to stun them if they wanted to get aggressive as well. Easy to carry and easy to charge. Holds it’s charge for quite a while to.
