Wonderful value for money.
I didn't bother with the large ball thing but the rest of it, I still have. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Basic at best
Honestly you are paying for a small football sized ball, a cheap foam block and a stretch belt. No yoga mat, no basic poses, nothing in fact I would recommend for a beginner. Very disappointed and feel completely mislead by the pictures AVOID, I would send it back if I could.

Disappointed that on first use the band snapped so I may well return the whole lot..

Only the block is good
I really struggled with all the other parts of this product, the quality wasn’t the best especially the ball. The yoga block is the highlight but everything else I found not good. Overall wouldn’t recommend especially if you’re looking for a good set
