I had ordered this item after I saw its performance at a relative. The item delivered was of a slightly different model number. However it was functionally and physically same. Hence I decided to keep it. I am writing this review after two days of use. Its very easy to use. The power pin is not of Indian Standard. So it fits a bit loose into our power sockets. The pins are of lesser diameter than the holes of Indian sockets. The control panel is very accessible while you are enjoying the massage. There are multiple massage cycles that you can choose. You can also select the intensity of air i.e. intensity of massage pressure to suit your need. I found the massaging very useful in reliving muscle pain . The heater facility gives a nice feeling while massaging. One good thing is that it makes a very little noise. The registration for warranty was also a very simple process, and I got a prompt confirmation of the same. However , with just two days of using, I have no experience of the quality of warranty service. One negative aspect is the price. I would have been happier if the price is around Rs. 20000 . anyway, overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

This is my second day of use. Massager is very effective and cover feet, calve and thighs.The massager was without brochure or user manual. There was no Brand mentioned and even was not evident in the massager body even. Nowhere it is mentioned that the Massager is by SOBO.DONT KNOW, WHOM TO CONTACT IF THERE IS PROBLEM DURING WARRANTY PERIOD.

This is exactly the massager I wanted. At the end of the day, massage in this machine has been quite comforting. The air cushions press well on foot, calves and knees/thighs and rollers do their part well. Adjustable top part can be used for calves, knees or thighs. Auto cuts off at 15mins.There were some minor scratches due to handling, but not enough to return.
