I bought this product to assist with my milk supply when breastfeeding and I genuinely feel like it helped. I felt fuller and I had more frequent letdowns.

I've been using this for a Couple of weeks now and it is doing exactly what I hoped. Suppressing my appetite!The capsules are easy to swallow and relatively tasteless and what little flavour is on them you stop noticing very quickly.The only down side I have found, though minor, is that the spicy odour does come through your pores.I've never been one who's suffered with food (after being eaten) lingering on my skin but this stuff does change your natural body odour which has made me contious to take it before bed rather than in the morning or during the day.

Haven’t started using yet but hopefully it works for me as it smells quite strong

Was recommended to try fenugreek by my midwife. I took 2 a day for over a week and didn't see any difference in my milk supply whatsoever. As other reviews have mentioned, I also noticed a very distinct smell to my body odour while taking these. The capsules themselves are large and have a slight unpleasant taste. Personally I won't be repurchasing as they didn't work for me.
