WEDDINGSTAR 3-Ply Kid's Washable Cloth Face Mask Reusable and Adjustable with Filter Pocket

I purchased the shark pattern mask for one of my children so he could wear it on "Cool Mask Day" during a recent spirit week at his school. The mask arrived on time, courtesy of prime shipping, and was well packaged. Upon opening the overwrap, I was pleased to see that the item description was not an exaggeration. The mask does indeed have adjustable ear loops, a wire nose piece, and an insert for a filter. Most importantly, the child mask is indeed sized for a child's face.The mask is very well made. The stitching is nice and tight and there isn't any fraying or loose threads. The material is stiff at first, but softens up with washing. The instructions said to hand wash, which I did the first time. However, the second time I threw it in a zippered mesh bag in my washing machine and it came out fine.The only complaints are that I wish that mask was a little thicker. It is thinner than the masks my son usually wears, so I wouldn't be comfortable letting him wear it for long periods of time unless he had a filter in the inner sleeve. Also, he found the ear bands to be tighter and not as comfortable as an elastic material as some others he has worn. However, this is simply his opinion. These minor quibbles may not bother someone else.Overall, this is an item I would recommend, especially if your child likes sharks. It is really cute.

It fits a toddler not an elementary age “kid”.

This mask is very cute, but it is only 2 layers of very thin woven fabric and the inside layer is open to allow for a filter. So, it’s essentially 1.5 layers of lightweight, almost muslin, cotton. I don’t even need to hold it to the light to see through it. The only way I would use it is as a second outer layer over a surgical mask, and my 6 y/o is not going to want to double mask. It pains me that so many people think this mask is a good purchase.

Thought this would make my boy happy and wear a mask more. It sags and is really thin. Not sure if there's any protection. Not worth the money, better off getting a $5 mask and it takes a while to ship.

Pros:-Well made-Filter pocket-Hidden nose piece-Adjustable-CUTE-Little brother loved it.Cons:-Just barely fits a 7year old’s face. They will outgrow in just a few months.-Nose piece is not super moldable. More plastic than wire.-Mine had a stain on it when it came. If not for this, it would be 4 stars.

I bought this mask for my 9 year old son. He wore it today for his first day of school and he said it was comfortable to wear all day. He has asthma and had no issues breathing while wearing it.

DO NOT BUY THIS! The manufacturer is not Wedding star anymore. It’s now totally cheaply made. We had 6 of these and LOVED them. When I ordered again, it was totally different cheap lining. It just stinks because the original wedding star mask is my son’s favorite. They wear masks all day every day :(

Very cute mask. However... I washed before having my son try to use it and the inner lining was super lose and made it more difficult to breath comfortably. I bought a different type that was just plain black and washed those as well. The black ones were more comfortable for him to wear. He will probably not wear the 2 of these I got.

Bit on the dearer side for what it is.. but being able to adjust the areas behind my sons ear and also being sharks teeth made it more fun fur my Son to use.Personally, I didn’t see the need for him to wear it, but that’s another story altogether!

Happy son! The mask is soft and the elastic for the ears is super soft.Delivery was 3days and not 2weeks.. Perfect!

It has a nose wire, filter pocket and size can be adjusted. My child finds it very comfortable and loved the shark mouth design.

My son loved the look of this mask and initially it fit great . After about 3 weeks of wear ( in a rotation with 5 other masks ) this one, which was the most expensive, has held up the worst. The inner liner remains bunched and loose , rubbing against his lips. Color faded . Not impressed .

I bought this mask for my younger son and he loves it. He's a big fan of sharks and this design is very cute. He says it's breathable and is easy on his ears.The only down side is that the mask has to be hand washed. I'd prefer to throw it into the washing machine with other masks.
