They adorable and decent size and weight. The first thing I'm going to do is put some primer on them so they are good to paint. I'm going to paint them and give them to my mom for mother's day. She's been building a small garden in the front of the house.The only thing I would suggest is for them to be wrapped in something instead of just sitting in some styrofoam. Getting the little bits of styrofoam off them is a bit of a pain and I have little pieces of it everywhere.

You gotta keep an eye on these little buggers; they’re bloody thieves! It seems something happens when you paint them — they sat colorless on a shelve for days without much mayhem, but when they were painted they ran amok! So far, they’ve stolen: the cat’s collar, right off the cat; three spools of thread; a couple pork chops; two sets of cat keys; the dogs’ beds; and a whole box of candy canes (musta been from the neighbors, because it’s not Christmas and we didn’t have any candy canes in the house). All this while maintaining that horrible, gnomish grin. Oh, and it can’t have been bewitched paint because we’ve used it on several figurines, none of which have become kleptomaniacs. Not sure about the ethics of dispensing with the little devils — are they sentient? Are we committing some heinous act by burying them in the back yard…WOULD THE STAY BURIED?5/5 stars. Would recommend.
