I feel like they run a little small. I was 160 post-pardom and 5'5 and I thought they would have been a little loose in a large but they were really tight. On my legs. I still fit in a size 5 pant unzipped of course at 9 months

I ordered XL size. There was no label what size it is. They looked like one size fits all.Too tight, not comfortable. I weigh 105lbs, wear size 4.

I bought these for postpartum use, and they worked great! They easily accommodated postpartum pads, though they did rip apart if you tried to use different pads with wings. In my experience, these ran small, and I had to order one size up for comfort - especially after a c section. Worth the buy for when you run out of the hospital provided underwear!

Wish I would have read comments before buying! These are just what I was looking for, only they were too small. Will be ordering in a bigger size.
