Should of bought this years ago
Should of bought this years ago. I've only had it for a few days. I've went thru a tank of propane already. Burned weeds. Started fire in my fire pit. Use it for starting charcoal grill. Used it for wood burning project. Wife says I have to much fun with it. She is right.

Reasonable value for price
Easy to put together, works well. Only downside I see is the control knob is easy to hit/move when using the trigger or repositioning the aim, resulting in either sudden unintended flare, or turning it off.

Worth the investment. Good bang for the buck.
You have to get the hang of the trigger and make sure you have a sparker or long lighter to light.

Not what I expected
My original one was replaced...in a matter of days, which was awesome! The reason for replacement is that I thought it was defective. I have even posted inquiries about operation for this product and the seller has replied quickly, but I am still unable to get this product to function consistently.I am told to only keep the tank open slightly, but open the torch to allow propane. Once you depress the trigger, the flame goes out. I bought this to lite charcoal and melt ice. It is bothersome when the flame keeps going out. I have tried many variations of propane flow, by adjusting at the tank and then adjusting on the nozzle. There needs to be a better way to make the operation easier to use without having to keep relighting the torch.

Leaks
Mainly use this in scorching wood for projects. It's alright, but it leaks propane. I tightened the nut down as far as it would go with a wrench, but it still leaked.
