Not the little tykes I remember. Purchased for my granddaughter and she loves it. Easy to assemble, cleans up easily, adorable. Not quite as sturdy as I remember little tykes being. Walls very thin.. It is still a great little house.

This little cottage matches our house! Bought it used from AMZ warehouse for a significant discount as it said it was “used-acceptable” and actually trying to figure out what’s wrong with it. Has all the parts and came together fine. Not the easiest assembly but also not the hardest I’ve ever done. Took me about an hour and a half, alone. It is slightly flimsy in some areas but it was worth the discount. My kids love it!

For the price, it’s a pretty solid playhouse and my 1.5 year old loves it. It was easy to put together, it’s lightweight, so I can move it solo to vacuum, and it’s a good size for him. We bought it for inside and like other reviewers, I needed to clean it after setting it up.The plastic is very thin, unlike the 1980s versions. The door doesn’t stay shut either and it easily bends. My son leans on it a lot, so I’m hoping it doesn’t break soon. I also thought it came with decals - mine did not arrive with it but it also didn’t say it was included in the directions included.Overall, I’m happy with the quality for the price point. It’s cute and brings my son joy.

I ordered this item on 3/5/23 & received it on 3/7/23. Ordered was shipped & delivered quickly. I had read the reviews in advance before I purchased this little tikes playhouse.I have 4 boys and have always purchased little tikes because of the quality of the plastic. I purchased this playhouse for my two grandchildren. I was a little surprised by the thinness of the plastic.The directions were easy to understand. I really like the way it looks. However, there were a couple of flaws in the plastic in the inside of the playhouse as you can see from the pictures. I’m hoping a thin sandpaper will smooth it out. Also, on one of the corners of the house you will see it would not line up correctly and i believe is because of the quality of the plastic.It is adorable and very cute. But as a little tikes product I gave this item a review of a 4. All in all definitely very, very cute. I just hope it holds up to the quality of what I’ve always experienced in the past with little tikes products I purchased for my children when they were young.

I wondered about buying it now because we live in New England. My great granddaughter got the chance to use it before the snow came. She loves it. Can’t understand we’re to big to go in. Easy to put together, she loves the windows and door. We shove the path to it, still excited to go in and out. So glad we bought this item.

Love the little house for outside opening a small daycare

Cute house. Bought it for 2 year old grandson. He just loves this. I have always bought little tikes for my own children. The old school products are still better. But this was easy to assemble and good price.

plastic parts come broken and cracked, some screws can not assemble tightly.
