This has just the right amount of lemon. It tastes great alone on my hearts of romaine lettuce (boat spoons) with or without dressing. I used a whole pack for 8 large romaine boats. There is enough for a sandwich or two depending on the size of bread used or if the tuna is with anything else like mayo and relish etc. I think it’s good on its own. It’s a nice light tuna taste with lemon. I think I would go well with hot or cold pasta or in a tuna wraps and rolls.As someone with Celiac, I have to be extremely careful about food and labels. Not all of their flavors are gluten free, but this one is. It also has a .5 minuscule amount of fat which helps because I have to change my diet as I recover from gallbladder removal surgery. As my appetite is still very low I need as much protein as possible quickly and this helps with 17 grams.

I bought 10/$10!!!! That is cheaper than all the grocery stores charge. This is my favorite thing to throw in my purse in case of a long day. I have it at work in my cubby in case I need lunch. It is a great anytime snack. Basically tuna is good anytime but especially at this price! Enjoy!!!

This is my first time trying a different flavors of tuna. I’m not big into spicy food so I wasn’t sure what to expect but this was really pretty good. It leaves a heat in your mouth, but not too bad . the flavor is good.

Very nutritious as well as delicious and healthy. I eat Tuna once or twice a week.

Lemon pepper is our favorite, specially for on the go or after a workout. It doesn't tastes artificial at all.

These packets are healthier than the vending machine at work. I also put them in my packing whenever I travel. It is good for traveling because of its size and ease of consumption. They do not need anything added, however I usually add some olive oil.

Absolutely delicious. This is the best way I’ve found to get Starkist tuna without having to go to the States, and at $4 a pop they’re a great price too

Happy to have found this product as I can't seem to find it anywhere else, but it is a tad more expensive than I would have expected/hoped
