MARKING STICK

The rustoleum stick has that metal wire trigger that hurts your finger and the handle has a crappy shape to it. This one is rubberized, the stick is a little longer and you can pull the trigger with any finger which saves on fatigue for my poor little digits. The length I think makes it feel lighter when I'm painting labels. If you're a utility locator this is a solid buy.

Cheap product, cheap plastic and the nozzle pushing mechanism would not push the nozzle. Using Rust-Oleum inverted marking paint. The most popular brand and style in America. The flag holder was the only reason I bought it. It's a great idea and the handle was comfortable, poor execution otherwise.

Works very well better then some I’ve purchased at big boxes. Easy to use and no issues so far. Would recommend gave it a 5 out of 5.

These paint sticks are more comfortable than the standard paint sticks and don't tear up your trigger finger. ... but they are more prone to breaking. Usually only the bottom on the holy flag tube... but I had one fall out of my hand and the paint holder sectio shattered.... am going to buy more.... yes because they still feel better in the hand when out working.

Made out of cheap plastic and doesn't always work. The flag poker you can put on the end doesn't stay on very well either and after a few stabs, the end piece that holds it in cracked. This wand does to spray paint very well, which is silly cause this thing only had one job, and that as to spray paint. It did hold the flags ok, but the holder was bent up on shipment and that was on the verge of breaking as well.

I needed something to mark a Pickleball court on a section of our driveway. This is very sturdy and easy to use. It met my expectations.

Unless you actually LIKE walking like a baboon then I'd strongly recommend that EVERY surveyor/engineering technician have one of these. For years I struggled with a can of trigger-cap paint trying to mark lines. Marking just a short run gets tiresome in a hurry. But even if you have to spring for one yourself I strongly recommend this gadget. You'll get your layouts done much easier and faster and you'll get much less grief over crooked lines.
