Hands down I love the Terra Pure set for my Airbnb. It is the best looking and best smelling. The package showed up with soap over multiple bottles, it must of happened during shipment but I recommend they add some type of material to soak up the spilt body wash.

We use this line for our Airbnbs, and have received multiple boxes of body wash that have leaked everywhere. They are all very sticky and need to be washed before putting them out. It doesn’t seem to happen with the shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. They are too expensive for this to be happening.

I order these for my Airbnb in another town, they are usually cute & I like them but this time I ordered them a month ago to be delivered for my housekeeper to put in the storage closet but I just came to check on my house & when I opened them they are ruined because they have leaked & now I can’t return them because the return window is only 30 days & I’m about 14 days past that. I can’t put them out for guests looking like this so I'm upset there isn’t a way to return them. Or a larger return window…

I like this product found at a hotel. I ordered a box of 20. The cardboard box showed visible marks of a leak on the outside already. Two bottles arrived totally empty, and a third was half empty: their lids were not screwed tightly. All bottles were soapy on the outside, obviously. Disappointed.

The bottles came in with stuff all around the top, Not like the ones at the hotel we stay in. Not packaged very well
