Worked great on skidsteer tires
Overall so far pretty happy. I have done 2 full sets of tires. One automobile and a skid steer. Worked great will just need to purchase more cutting edges. Worth every penny

Top quality tire groover
Cuts tires as easy as could ask for, have used a fellow racers groover so this unit is worth the price, tried knockoff groover, broke within 30 seconds

Best unit
this machine is absolutely the best one on the market.a lot of thought went into the design of it . It does everything it says it will do. The cutting head is comfortable to hold while using and does not make your arm or wrist tired. cuts with greatest of ease. I would recommend it to anyone.

Winter loaders
Spent a week grooving the tires of our loaders in anticipation of another Alaskan winter. 17 sets grooved. Our return operators noticed a big difference on our 11.5" snowfall!

Pretty much pays for itself the first time you use it.
That is if you're trying to maximize the life of the tires on your 18-wheeler. That's what I do. It heats to the desired level almost instantly and grooves nicely. I found out quickly that it's very hard to keep a straight line for 7 or 8 feet (the circumference around 18-wheeler tires). And the tires that I re-grooved only had 6 or 7 straight grooves all the way around the tire. Of course, a friend asked if I was drunk when I did it. I wasn't, but it looks like I was. On the next set of tires, the grooves are MUCH shorter because they are "lug" style drive tires instead of steer tires moved to a drive position. Re-grooving is illegal for steer tires. So if you're re-grooving steer tires, you must use them on either a drive axle or a trailer axle.Edit: Got a question from Roland, but Amazon takes me to the wrong place to answer his question, so I'll answer it here: This is a 110v item. It is also available in 220, though but it also costs more.

The guy who was suppose to ship my order didn't do well. First he didn't even pass by my house I saw him from my window and when I was coming outside my house to see if I could get his attention he literally took off . I give this 1 star. Unless my package gets here I'll probably change my mind , but for now 1 star.
