Susan provide ways like to to listen to your body’s signals and learn to make simple changes to feel balanced. Susan is an amazing teacher and her passion to pass on the benefits of Ayurveda is contagious and has helped me learn to calm my mind through meditation and fuel my body with recipes that are easy to follow. You will find the confidence to make small changes, and with Susan’ guidances, feel this book should be considered a gift to yourself or buy it for a friend!

Easy access to timeless healing rituals
This book is my go-to resource for natural health! The practicality, applicability, accessibility of Susan’s work stands out—and she masterfully weaves healing routines with a sensory and spiritual experience, leading us in its application literally step-by-step. Another highlight is the actual book itself — the texture of the cover and the softness of the pages is unlike other books. The velvety feel and the ease of the pages makes the reading experience that much more enjoyable. This book is a treasure!

Useful resource
Definitely helped me key into some of the Ayurvedic practices for my dosha, but ended up passing it on as the re-readability isn't very high. Good little resource tho!

A wonderful guidebook to living seasonally!
Susan is my Ayurvedic coach. She is exactly what I needed at the time she showed up in my life. She is understanding and gentle but also pushes me to try new things. This book helped me understand the concept of living seasonally. I like change and am finding a lot of joy in living the Ayurvedic lifestyle. I highly recommend this book! It has been a very useful guide for me.

Accessible and practical!
I am really enjoying this book. Aside from the fact that it feels so nice in my hands - traditional cover - it’s written in a very accessible way for those new to the subject of Ayurveda. As a yoga instructor who’s learning about this topic, i love how the author integrates diet with lifestyle habits to balance out our constitutions on a season by season cycle. Highly recommended!

A must read! This book will help you change your life. Susan is very passionate in her work and studies. This book will help you grow into a much happier healthier person. It is a guiding light to help us all get to where we need to be in our journey.

Simple and assessable rituals for anyone to follow
Susan Weis-Bohlen is a wealth of knowledge. Her book gives a beginner to Ayurveda like me the confidence to practice new habits/rituals to live my healthiest, happiest and fulfilling life. I also follow her on Instagram and have learned so much from her sharing there!
