Pendant/Pager combo doesn't even close to the range/distance as advertised. The best range I got was 50 ft in a straight line with no obstructions. When the pager was moved around the corner in a room with open french doors the ranger dropped to 25 ft.If you think you are going to use this in a house with a lot of rooms you are dreaming. I am taking the batteries out and throwing the thing in the trash. Worthless.

The first one worked great. The second item does not work. It will not pair. When I press on the volume button, I get the melody sounds. Same on the melody button. Will not pair.

I could only get the transmitter (pendant) to send a signal about 30 and line of sight only.This is NOT helpful.I attempted to replace the battery, however, the case will not open.

Its not very loud, and the vibration is so minimal that if you have it in your pocket, you won't feel it. If someone needs help, you might not know it if you have the tv on or have it in your pocket.

I'm VERY disappointed with this alert kit, I tested it in my house and couldn't believe it wouldn't work at the end of my hall without wall or anything blocking the signal. I've used outer brands of Pendant Alerts that I never had a problem with distance range in my house so was shocked to find such such poor range even with the receiver in eye sight. I replaced the batteries just to make sure that wasn't a problem but with fresh batteries in both the Pendant and receiver I had the same poor signal range.
