Let me preface this review by saying that I take quite a few supplements and I have been working out for over two decades. Life Extension sells quality products and their prices are affordable given the quality. I can’t feel a difference per se but my blood panel looks better than most people’s and I’m about 20 lbs heavier than where I’d like to be.
