Great phone and service
Mint condition, 92% battery capacity which I think is great for refurbished, very pleased. Delivered quicker than expected too. My daughter loved the free cover, this was a nice touch. I will buy from this seller in the future ☺️

Delighted with new phone and with service
I received my new phone the following morning by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Beautifully packaged with a complimentary glass screen protector. Charging cable, plug and sim key as advertised. There is not a scratch or a mark on the phone. It looks brand new! Works perfectly. 85% battery life as advertised. I set it up from my old iphone within minutes. Absolutely delighted!! Thank you much!

A very good iPhone
This was sold as Excellent condition however there are a lot of marks all around the top and bottom of the phone. That was disappointing as I feel I was misled. However, the phone works absolutely fine and I have no regrets about buying it.My last phone was an iPhone 7 and this one is just in a different league. I like it very much and, with a case on it, I don’t notice the damage to the phone.

Phone is very good overall, came in with 100% battery health, For an acceptable condition phone. Only little scratches not noticeable at all, face recognition and screen is perfect, so as the performance and appearance.

awful quality
Ever hopeful of a great product at knock down (refurbished) prices I plunged for this phone. Seemed to cheap to look elsewhere!Had nothing but problems.Sound quality on loud speaker in car - no one can hear me / as if I was under water talking.there aren't any buttons to actually click or push on the front screen but the HOME function soon disabled (after 3 months may I add which was warranty period) and I had to have it fixed.Now 8 months later - it won't turn off / it won't turn on. Simply has become a useless phone.If you are reading this and thinking "Should I buy a refurb phone on here" then the simple answer is DONT

Happy with the phone. Great condition. Everything appears to be working well. New Fone House was quick to deliver. Overall a really good experience. Trust everything will still be fine in a month’s time 😉
