For the price, this is an excellent dress. I am about 5'4", 165 lbs, and wear a 32J cup bra, and the medium fits me beautifully. I usually wear a medium or large in tops and dresses. A lot of people had said that it runs small, but I disagree, it is quite true to size. It is a cheaper feeling material but is not scratchy. It doesn't make me get too warm. The fabric is a little thin but not see through. The stitching is decent and it's held up well through a bit of a beating. It is NOT STRETCHY. At all. It's not meant to be I don't think. The back laces up to make it fit just right for you.

I like this dress a lot, and it looked good on me. I got it in white for a Yuletide event, and plan to wear it in the future at Renn Faires. I am 5'4", a size 6, and the medium fit well (although if you have a big bust, you'll probably want to size up). It was not too see-through, although I would not wear a black bra with it. It hits the floor at my height.As many of the reviews noted, the neckline is fitted oddly. The waist and chest areas are normal size; then the upper back widens out, as if for someone with truly giant shoulders. I ended up folding the excess material over and pinning it on the inside. This made it work fine, and was not too noticeable from the outside - it looks like just another seam.It was challenging to iron - but I put the iron on the silk setting and misted the wrinkly areas with water, and it ironed out okay. As it was being worn, it did not re-wrinkle too badly.All in all, I like it a lot!

This dress is a great costume dress, but the sizing is off. I ordered the largest size, which according to the size chart and reviews should have been a little bit big on me. (I wanted to be on the safe side) It didnt fit me at all. However, it did fit my mom and looked fantastic on her.

Overall I loved this dress. It was soft, lightweight and not to long. The sleeves are very long, but I was expecting that in the picture.I know you aren't supposed to machine wash, but after the event I washed it on the delicate cycle, and did not have any issues.The main issue was steaming out all the wrinkles from when it came out of the package. So be prepared to do that as you can even see some of the wrinkles still on the dress when I'm wearing it.I'm 5' 3" and almost 200 LBS and I ordered the 2X and it worked perfectly. I normally wear an XL, but based on the description I went to 2X to be safe and it was perfect.

Cheapest fabric I have ever worn. I would have accepted this kind of quality from Spirit Halloween, but not for $40 more like $20. The piece was wrinkled and the fabric felt so cheap I didn't think it was safe to iron without melting. Returned after trying on. If I had decided to use for Halloween, it would have been trash afterwards. Fit was okay though.

This was a great value for my teen daughter's halloween costume. It was as pictured and fit as expected following the size chart.She is 5'7" and it came to the tops of her feet, perfect length. She tried one other like it before this and found the arms were too restrictive of her movement, this one did not though the material isnt very stretchy but has some slight give to it. The only part where sheerness is a slight issue is in the bodice, she wore a nude colored bra and it was a little visible on the back but not too bad. It survived the night with flying colors and is hanging ready in her closet whenever the mood strikes or need arises.

I ordered a size that was 3 times larger than I thought that I would need. It fits okay across the chest but the upper arms are cut too small. I waited too long to return this so I'm stuck with it and since the arms are too tights, I cannot wear it.
