DIY fix the dryer
When my dryer suddenly stopped heating, I didn’t have the money to buy a new one, so I decided to try fixing it myself. I searched on YouTube for a solution, and to my surprise, the repair was much easier than I thought! I quickly found out what was wrong, ordered the part, and replaced it myself. In just a few minutes, my dryer was working like new again—and all for under $20!I’m so glad I took the DIY route instead of spending hundreds on a new dryer. It’s amazing how simple the fix was, and I saved so much money. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in a similar situation!

Almost a fire and lots of $$$ in repairs after
This element almost caused a fire. It was overheating and caused the thermal fuse to keep tripping, but the dryer got super hot to burn my hand. I couldn't even put my hand in a pair of pants to invert them because they were too hot even after sitting outside of it. Something about touching and not shutting off the circuit.We replaced three of them and had to buy new sensors. Plus the repair man's fee. He replaced the part. Barely 2 months after purchase. 6 days at the laundrymat.
