Great product, works awesome
This water pic is great, it has different power settings and it come with 2 types of tips (one tip type has a double for a total of 3 tips). I only use the water jet and not the gum line tip. If you have regular teeth and don't need anything special then one tip is all you need. Give it a week and you will get the hang of using it bc the 1st week I made a big mess with the water jet, It can be tricky to control and not get all the counter and mirror wet, but once you get the hang of it, the device is very handy and works great, better than the phillips sonic care airfloss (in my opinion) bc I like the continuos jet of water that you can feel cleaning. I use it every day at night before brushing my teeth, all the food particles fall right out. If you have dental pockets or hard to reach places this will clean and make your breath fresher. The 1st week can be tough and your gums will most likely bleed especially if you do not floss on the regular. Just start at the lowest setting and work your way up to a setting that is comfortable. The kit comes with 2 cups one for water and the other if you need to measure out medicine or any other type of liquid that requires dilution. I use mouthwash in the smaller cup and peroxide with water once a week in the large cup. The only issue that I don't like is that it can be a little loud where using it.

This thing is GREAT!
I've had this now for a year and a half, using it twice a day, and I couldn't be happier with it. Very powerful. No way I could put it at the highest setting (unlike my pack-able WP-580 waterpik that I have to use on WFO). This one has nice large reservoir which easily lasts for my entire mouth and then some (unlike the WP-580 that I have to fill several times during usage... but it's great on trips). My dentist has remarked positively on my oral health. KEEP DEM TEEFERS. I put a small amount of Listerine in the tank for each use then flush it thoroughly afterwards.

Very Good For Removing Food Particles
This is a replacement for the same model which finally gave out after many years of daily use. The reservoir holds plenty of water and the stream very strong at the highest setting but can easily be adjusted. You should know that it is very loud in operation but I find it to be an excellent flosser. So, five stars.

Doesn't work for long...DO NOT BUY
Purchased 11/23/2024. Stopped working March 2025. My other old waterpik lasted years and years! Ugh! It either will not turn on OR if it does, no water comes out even though hose vibrates and makes sound.Amended 4/4/2025, just do not buy a "Waterpik"...this was $79.73 with tax. I went with Waterpik because my other one lasted years. I emailed Waterpik, they have responded...with questions: Answers are mine. How often do you use this unit per week or per day? Twice a day minimum. Does the pause button on the handle feel stuck at all, or does it click in and out properly? I have not noticed this to be honest. I now wonder. Have you ever cleaned the unit? If so, what was used to clean it and how often is it cleaned? Cleaned weekly, wash with warm water and dish detergent.Do you use any additives in the reservoir besides water? If so, what do you use? No, water only. Have you tried a new, unused tip in the handle since this issue occurred? Yes, used every tip I have from old waterpik to what came with this new one. Please provide a receipt or order invoice for your original purchase. Screen shot. Amazon. I do not remember it being this price. if that's the case, now, I'm really upset. Attached actual downloaded Amazon receipt. That is actually what I paid. UGH!Now, new instructions on what they need:Typically if the water flow is intermittent to this degree, it may be the pause button on the handle. I would like to try some troubleshooting to see if we can return functionality to your pause button: Remove the tip from the top of the handle.Fill up a cup or glass with a 1:1 solution of white vinegar and warm water.Place the handle in the solution and allow it to soak for 15-30 minutes.Rinse the handle under warm water and attempt to use the unit as normal.Press in the pause button a few times to see if this affects the water flow.C'mon, replace my $80.00 Waterpik.
