I got this for my son who has ADHD and he takes them daily. He likes the flavor and doesnt complain. Just an FYI, your kid has to be able to swallow pills to take these, they're not chewable.

Unlike adult fish oil supplements these have a great taste. My daughter chews hers and asks for them each day, we have tried different types of Omegas and this is the best as far as smell and ease to take. I also like the quality of all Nordic Vitamins for the cost.

I bought these for my seven-year-old as they were high omega-3 and claimed to be chewable. Unfortunately, the poor kid bit into them the first time and nearly gagged on the flavor, and spit out the capsule shell. I went ahead and tried one right after him, and sure enough, the capsule is hard and bursts open when bitten, but cannot be chewed after that. The oil inside the capsule does seem to be slightly berry flavored, but definitely still maintains a fishy taste and an oily texture that is not pleasant to consume. Fortunately, I have been able to teach him how to swallow them whole now, so they won’t go to waste.

My ultra happy 8 year old son has had some complications focusing at home/school and remembering his school day activities. My son is 6 and he was diagnosed with ADHD and ODD last year. It has slowly been progressing to the point where he cannot function in a regular classroom setting. He is super hard to control and he has to be directed constantly.There is never a day at school where he doesn't get some sort of bad behavior write up. His dr prescribed some meds for him but being terrified of giving my 6 year old a controlled substance I decided to do some research and try to help him in a more natural way. We've changed his diet and I read giving omega 3's along with a good dose of EPA/DHA should show some improvement in kids with ADHD behavior. I bought some omega gummies from GNC and although his attitude was showing very little changes I decided to up his dosage to a more sufficient amount. So I bought these and he has shown a huge improvement in just 3 days! He is not as argumentative with us when he has to put something away to do something else, his tantrums have just about disappeared and he has gotten nothing but good praise in school this week! For him that is a huge accomplishment. Of course the supplement doesn't work alone and it's def not a miracle cure but with his dietary changes and this supplement his attitude has greatly improved. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for some way to try and change their child with ADHD' s behavior before resorting to the ADHD drugs. For us it was worth a shot and it seems to be doing very well so far.
