Runny water vibes!
I've used this product for yearsssss. Not sure why but this formula and packaging has changed. Quality isn't good anymore. It's a real shame and it seems users across the world are experiencing the same issues. Let's hope they sort out the problem!

Black mould in product!
Just received the product and peeled away the foil seal to reveal black mould.Disappointed as needed this to help heal my skin barrier.Although was happy it was next day delivery, please save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else. Think it's a bad batch which can happen but I've never had mould SEALED in the product. Makes you think if it's just been left there and is out of date. Then they're selling this at full price 🙃.

Would have been annoyed if I hadn't read the reviews. Watery to start with. Put in warm water then SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! It then keeps its creamy consistency.

Watery substance in it.
The media could not be loaded. Second time I'm buying this amazing cream BUT upon opening it there's a watery substance coming out making the cream itself watery when you apply it. Don't know what it is. The previous one that I bought (identical) it was different, more thick.
